Lovely golden straw colour with a bouquet of green apples and flowers. The bubbles are fine and generous. The palate bursts with a fresh taste of peach and apples, a refreshing acidity and a well-balanced and lingering finish. Enjoy it by itself or as a great partner to seafood.

Our Blanc de Blancs is made only in the finest vintages and more than any other wine, typifies our signature purity and elegance. Clean and fresh with a touch of autolysis, white pepper and dried herbs.

Appearance: the platinum sheen is lit by a fine, silky, continuous and lively perlage. Nose: hints of apple, broom and hawthorn mingle with the purity of the scents of the Valdobbiadene vegetation, rich in wild thyme and sage, dotted with white wisteria, fig and cherry blossom.

The term “ancestral” refers to an ancient technique that dates way back and has been passed down through generations to the present day. A wine characterized by almost no residual sugar and a strong and authentic flavor thanks to its humble roots. This wine is made using carefully selected Glera grapes and a small percentage of Moscato grapes.

Very English in style, the aromas are reminiscent of apple orchards and Elderflowers, the palate shows lemon, mineral notes and a soft mousse.

Fitz is a sparkling wine from England, but not as you know it. Unlike the usual (Champagne style) English sparkling, this light bodied fun, fruity fizz is Prosecco-like. The grapes used to make it aren’t very well known but they’re perfectly suited to the English climate.

Grapes with a perfect balance between sugar and freshness. Working time from vine to cellar and pressing time are extremely short to preserve aromatic freshness. Use of reserve wines prepared since 2020. Aged for 6 months, part of which is spent on lees. The result is an elegant cuvée with fine bubbles.

Subtle aromas of citrus fruit, followed by an elegant, lingering finish with light notes of brioche and hazelnut. A perfect balance of freshness and complexity. Wine of France.
