Ad Hoc are the Go to dependable wines for all occasions. Sourced from several loaction in the Great Southern region, hand picked, soft fermenation with wild yeast. Then 6 months on a mixture of aged French oak. The wine is softley textured, fresh and vibrant with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot. The wine has a soft, silky finish.

The Amarone reveals a gorgeous nose along with ripe red cherries, cough syrup, spices and minerals on a medium-bodied frame. Made in a sweet, inviting style, it offers excellent length as well as purity in a very classic style.

Color: intense ruby red with garnet hues. Aroma: cherries in alcohol dried plums spices and tobacco. Taste: warm, full and generous with a long finish.
