Ad Hoc are the Go to dependable wines for all occasions. Sourced from several loaction in the Great Southern region, hand picked, soft fermenation with wild yeast. Then 6 months on a mixture of aged French oak. The wine is softley textured, fresh and vibrant with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot. The wine has a soft, silky finish.

Sourced from the cooler part of Margaret River where only free run juice is used. Fermented in Stainless steel, but 10% has spent 2 months in 2 year old French oak. Pale straw colour with layers of cut grass and tropical fruits together with natural crunchy acidity.

Wallflower - Good wine doesn’t have to scream its virtues. Sometimes shyness, delicacy and restraint are the signposts that lead to inner beauty. Almost transparent in colour, this wine shows great purity and refinement. A fragrant bouquet, with flavours lemon peel and bath salts all carried along by a soft texture and long fine finish.

From organic production, our GRAND VENEUR white is blended with the famous Rhône varieties such as Roussane, Viognier, Grenache blanc and Clairette. This white highlight intense aromas of white peach and flowers. It is medium body in the palate with freshness in the finish. Drink at 8-10°C.

Bacchus is a distinctive and very 'English' single varietal wine well suited for 'by the glass' listings. It is pale, light, crisp and refreshing with a complex and intense aromatic profile, often likened to NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Classic food match is English asparagus or goats cheese but also works well with seafood or stronger flavoured salads.

Chardonnay-led blend offering a perfectly-balanced fuller wine than is typical in England, making it highly flexible as a solo or food matching wine. Hand-selected grapes & contact with new French oak enhanced the overall mouthfeel & complexity which supports the rich array of aromas from honeysuckle & peach to fresh coconut, vanilla & white pepper

A classic Provençal-style rosé perfect for drinking on its own or food matching. Pale delicate salmon-pink hue and dry, fresh crisp and minerally palate. Delicate aromas of red summer fruits, notably red cherry, wild strawberries, watermelon and fresh pomegranate.
