Whisky

This amber gold whisky has an aroma of vanilla and toffee, candied citrus fruits, and fig and sultana; all balanced with a gentle hint of clove.

Aberfeldy is famous for its particular honeyed notes - they come from the patient process of longer fermentation, which allows for more flavour development. We then distil in copper pot stills, handmade by the same family for over a century, and age to perfection in oak casks.

SCENTED WITH SPICES AND HONEYED PLUMP FRUITS. SYRUPY, HOARDING HINTS OF PINEAPPLE WITH LOTS OF VANILLA AND FUDGE WITH JUST A WHISPER OF SMOKE ON THE FINISH.

A blush of Pomerol elegantly entwines ripe cherries and soft notes of apricot around the signature honey and creamy vanilla notes of Aberfeldy.

Single-Malt. A classic, fruity whisky with a honeyed richness in every drop, and a smooth accessible taste.

Smooth, vanilla, undulating, refined smoke; Peters out gently, with some ripe white peach notes and a good wave of honey.

Aberlour 12 year old is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s new distillate is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional Oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour.

Nose: Meaty, with fragrant maple sweetness and salted caramel, big chipotle spices, tangy cheese, a strong medicinal note, hint of leather. Taste: Refreshing menthol, intense dark chocolate, sweet BBQ smoke. Finish:Cloying mint, hints of liquorice and anise, lingering charcoal and ash, caramel boiled sweets.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old is known as one of the peatiest, smokiest and most complex single malt whiskies. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. Ardbeg is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavour and giving more body and added depth.

Aroma: Smoky pineapple, soured cream & wood smoke. Oak, dark leather, sweet toffee & liquorice draw you in Taste: Salty mouthfeel drifts into sweet & sour notes of smoked chili chocolate & paprika. Toasted oak & roasted tea leaves emerge, revealing mint fondant & salted white chocolate Finish: Soothing wood smoke carries into a lingering finish

This supreme expression proves unequivocally that age cannot tame Ardbeg’s smoky power. But it can yield some of the most complex and majestic flavours ever to burst forth from Ardbeg Distillery.
