Made from 100% Estate-grown Chardonnay using the highest quality cuvee cut from the press, this wine has spent a min. of 36 months on lees to create a rich, textured, pure & elegant style with characteristic aromas of baked apple, almond & pastry backed by a crisp citrus acidity - all harmoniously balanced with a low 5g/L dosage.

Burnished copper in hue and with delightful panettone-like aromas of sweet baked bread, dried apricots, nuts and candied citrus peels courtesy of its 36 months on lees.

A “Blanc de Blancs” exclusively from white Chardonnay grapes, its maturity and balance stamp it very much as a “northern” Chardonnay with a mineral edge. Everything about it is elegant finesse, nothing boisterous. Along with its rich, well-rounded flesh and fruitiness, it has incisively defined flavours and a truly winey taste.

Balfour’s first ever Blanc de Noirs hails from the legendary 2018 vintage. A wonderfully pale peach hue and copper highlights, with a nose of tangerines and lime with a blackcurrant bud undertone. The tangerine zest transfers seamlessly onto a rich and cpmplex palate of red fruits, oyster shell and lemon.

Chardonnay dominated, with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc added to the blend to excentuate the aromatics of the wine. Crisp with citrus, green apple and dried herb.

An infinitely drinkable, off-dry rose fizz from the north of Italy. It is full of soft cherry fruit notes and floral hints, leading to an elegant and refreshing citrussy finish.
